From rabbits and reptiles to hedgehogs and otters, our team cares for Orkney's more unusual patients too.
We care for a wide range of exotics and wildlife, from rabbits and reptiles to hedgehogs and otters!
Our team has experience in the medical care and treatment of a variety of exotic pets and wildlife. We can carry out examinations, blood sampling, anaesthesia, radiographs, ultrasound examinations, surgery and medical treatments. We are lucky to have specialist contacts on the mainland for advice when needed.
Kate is the vet responsible for the animals at our local wildlife centre, caring for everything from lemurs, snakes and tarantulas to meerkats and iguanas.
